Mesclun Salad Mix

I started this Mesclun Mix from seed about a month and a half ago; initially there were (30) seedling clumps, when I transferred them to my garden there were (3) groups of (9) clumps occupying (3) 12″ X 12″ portions of the SFG grid. Today was my first harvest, I carefully snipped about (4) cups of the various leaves for a nice green salad. At this rate I will be eating lettuce every day for quite some time. Growing Mesclun from seed is an easy, inexpensive, and not to mention delicious, addition to your garden.
